Leading From the Front: Aaron King (CEO & Expert Installer)
True leadership isn’t found shouting orders from a comfortable, sterile boardroom—it’s forged in the mud, steel, and high-pressure environment of the job site.
Our CEO, Aaron King, has completely rewritten the rulebook on what it means to lead a modern construction business. He has built AK Scaffolding Ltd into a powerhouse of safety, compliance, and efficiency. But when the whistle blows in Vilnius, he sheds the executive title.
Aaron is stepping directly into the arena as one of our core five installers. He’ll be on the ringlock system, setting a world-class pace, and standing shoulder-to-shoulder with his crew. As our Team Captain, Steven is the operational general, the eyes, and the voice of the entire squad. While the installers are moving at hyper-speed, Steven orchestrates the exact blueprint sequence of the heavy-duty Layher design. He monitors the layout, manages the ticking seconds, and enforces immaculate safety compliance before an international referee can even think about raising a penalty flag. Telepathic teamwork starts with Steven’s command.

When fatigue starts to creep in during the gruelling dismantle phase, Maguire is the spark plug that kicks the entire crew back into overdrive. He is the ultimate team player.
